Stuffed Portabella Mushrooms
Cook sausage with a shit ton of fresh garlic, salt, pepper, red chili pepper flakes. Once half cooled mix with cream cheese, goat cheese, parmesan cheese, and chopped baby portabella mushrooms. I wasn’t going to tell you, but the secret ingredient is lemon zest! Stuff the large portabella mushrooms, making sure to keep all the stuffing inside them. That’s very important, you’ll know why later. Bake for 40 minutes. Remove from oven to cool and find the stuffing has cooked over the mushrooms until you can’t even see where they are anymore. It’s messy and delicious, I would recommend serving it over rice.
