Spring clean-up is underway in the secret garden. Thanks to FB Marketplace, my roommate scored a lawnmower for $20 a few weeks ago to clear out the trails and walking paths throughout the front yard. Today, a metal washing machine bin to make a fire pit for $20. Tomorrow I’m picking up a BBQ grill with a propane tank and cover for only $50.
My daughter and I went for pedicures this morning. Then I hoped the rain would stop so I could get to work, but Mother Nature decided to lend a hand by continuing to water the flowers and grass. I’m excited to get everything ready to go for having friends over to enjoy the weather, the great outdoors, and life.
